How much is the discount?: Friends and family of MCR team members can receive 40% off the best available rate at the properties listed in the drop-down menu, based on availability.

How do I use this discount?: Select the hotel where you wish to stay, along with your arrival and departure dates. Then click “Book Now” to see availability.

Follow the booking directions on the hotel’s website. Your discount will be applied automatically to the room rate.

Proceed to checkout as usual.

Fill out this form. Make sure to have a printed copy of it with you (plus your photo ID) to present upon check-in.
Are there any restrictions to using this discount?: You may only book two rooms at a time with this discount; each reservation may not exceed four consecutive nights.
How many times can I use this discount per year?: You may use this discount as many times as you like. There is no limit on the number of times you can access this discount, based on availability.
